last night we went to the ER because Dennis has been having ongoing chest pains. after tests and an injection of ativan, he is home. He is going to be treated for anxiety. Prayer is much needed! (and My hubby needs to take a yoga class- prayer is needed that he accepts that he needs to start taking care of himself!...)
So it is an "all european world cup" now. I think that they should cut the fans off of the alcohol about now. The entire country of England has had entirely too much to drink. (I don't even know who I should favor now. I'm German so Germany? I think the Italians are egoista and mean as a team, I can't believe the French are still here, and when I said that "well atleast the Portuguese are kind of latino", I got a big lecture from Dennis. He is curiously anti-Portugal. (Maybe he is the only one.)

Erin, yo tb sufro de ansiedad. Es duro porque es algo que no puedes casi controlar pero con ejercicios respiratorios y tomándote la vida más tranquilamente lo llegas a asimilar bien. Creo que el yoga le puede ayudar ;-) Muchos ánimos!
