Today, I learned how to drive in circles around the parking lot of our apartments. By one of our Mexican friends, so she taught me everything in Spanish (which is very odd to me because I wasn't sure what the words were in English or in Spanish for certain parts of the car!- parlanca? palanca? accelerador, semaforo, tiro- steering wheel, etc. I understood her but I need instruction in English now because I am very confused!) Anyway, mission completed, I can drive in circles (not very smoothly but better than I thought.) I am pleased that I only really have to use 2 pedals and only two gears (R and D)- yay for automatic cars!
It was "bloody fantastic and brilliant" that I drove without Dennis. I cannot wait to learn more! (Was the comment made that now I can go shopping without hubby? I can't wait for that!)

hahaha! oh darling, once you get your licence you won't need ur hubby anymore! LOL :P:P ;)
Good about the automatic cars. That's great if u live in america but if u come to europe we don't have too much about these cars ( the are getting in slowly though ). I prefer non automatic though, they are better as u enjoy driving more and you can adjust laps, ups&downs more to the road needs. But dammit, automatic are easier! hehe ;)
Keep on that good job Erin and yes, don't let spanish come into this important things as it can confuse you more if u dont understand the whole thing!
Take care
