Fritatta...
The first photo is how it looks online. The second is how it looks in my apartment.
I said I wouldn't blog today. But I was more productive than I thought and I'm taking a much needed internet break. So I'm providing another recipe (I don't think I can take photos to make any of this look appetizing but it really is...):
8 eggs (I use just 6. It works)
2 Tbsp. water
4 oz. OSCAR MAYER Shaved Smoked Ham, chopped (I just cut up a whole package of ham and so I think I end up using 6 oz.)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided (I use probably more of this too- half of a 2 cup bag.)
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, divided (I don't use this but it probably would go well. It's just that Dennis isn't a cilantro fan.)
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat eggs and water with wire whisk in medium bowl. Stir in ham, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 2 Tbsp. of the cilantro.
POUR into greased 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
BAKE 30 min. or until puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
*this time I used Monterrey Jack to sprinkle on top.
And thank Christ, another famous person is wearing ugly jeans.
Why, "girl from the OC", why?

1 - I can relate to food always looking better in the recipe book, but as long as it tastes good, I don't care and either does my family :-) Do you get your recipes from Kraftfoods.com? That's my favorite so far.
2 - Mischa Barton - DEAR LORD When did the ugly high wasted pants come back in style?!?!?! UGH!!!
Your fritatta looks delicious!!! I should really try this recipe sometime! Thanks for sharing, Erin. ;)
Oh my... Mischa reminds me of the old men in the old folks home. LOL! High pants ftw!!!
I agree with Cindy- your frittata looks great! It's nice to know you can make it without cilantro since I've never seen it here.
I HATE high-waisted pants. If they don't even look good on stick-figured professionally dressed tv stars, who will they look good on? No one!
Oh My, you must be kidding! this jeans are just horrible! I have heard loose jeans will be a hit again but this are YUCK!
