the chicken bake....


Medea said I needed to show pictures and recipes when I last posted about cooking for Dennis. This is what I made tonight.

2 pkgs. of those already cooked and sliced chicken strips (like that you'd put in a salad)
about a cup of bread crumbs
this time, a can of asparagus stems. (bag of cauliflower or broccoli works too)
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside.
MIX chicken and your choice of veggie in 13x9-inch baking dish. Stir in soup, milk and cheese; top with the prepared stuffing.
BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.

I like all bread. Not a picky bread girl. French bread. This really soft bread in Chile called "halluluas"...

When was the last time you bought a new pillow?
never. my mom bought any of the pillows that we use right now. I did steal one of them from my Dad.

Approximately how many hours per week do you spend surfing the ‘net?
a ridiculous amount of hours. ridiculous. at least 10. probably more.

Main Course
What’s the highest you remember your temperature being?
It's never high enough to cause people around me to freak out. It's always like 99.1 or whatever. I did get over 100 a few times as a kid.

Dessert

That food looks kinda weird (maybe because I've never had one >.< ) but it definitely looks yummy!

Yay! Hope you don't mind if I steal that recipe. Looks yummy and I finally sourced a place with Cream of Chicken soup.
